Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in New Hope, MN from December 16 - April 18. Hours are Monday/Tuesday, 11:00am - 6:00pm; Wednesday-Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm; no holidays. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and occupational health. Duties include physicals, workers compensation, pap smear, well-woman exams, and wellness programs. Clinic is staffed by a RN and licensed clinical social worker. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
